I have been with Pocket for 3 years. My first phone that I purchase was back in 10/06 it was an audiovox and omg i was so use to the Sprint network it took me a while to adjust to Pocket. But after 1 month of having my service I was hooked. I will always recommend Pocket to friends, family, and co-workers. Yes in the beginning it was difficult to get the best coverage or even able to send picture messages to other carriers but as time went by Pocket upgraded not only the phone but the service and the best thing about it is that I only pay 43.19 a month unlimited everything and my phone works great. Let me say that again My PHONE WORKS GREAT!!! I will continue to be a loyal customer because not only does Pocket leave me more money in my pocket I get everything that I had with Sprint and believe me I get the same service for a way better price and the other thing I love about Pocket NO HIDDEN FEE'S they tell you up front what they are charging you for unlike these other providers that have all these hidden fee's. Hmmmm and let me tell you about the customer service they do an Awesome job everytime I call in they do everything they can to make sure I am a happy customer I wish I could say the same about retail sometimes I think the commission is all they want I shouldnt say that about all of them but a majority of them. But overall pocket is my carrier and i am damm proud. Who are you carring or should i say what is left in your pocket.
