I went to a poket store.in waterbury ct on thompston avenue. I went to get a spear phone i asked the clerk what was the return policy he tild me 14 days. I brought this phone on July/29 and then tried to return august 7 which is well before the 14 days. Then the cleark told me i had more than 500 (530 minutes to be exact) minutes on the phone i sais Huh? What are you talking about. I only had a bunch of dropped calls and when i was home the phone no one could reach me. Then i remembered i was with customer service on the pone for like 30 minutes which when i called customer service they have record of that so I am now at the 500 minutes because customer service calls dont count against your minutes and i still fighting for my money. Well i am warning everyone no pocket they will take your money and put it in there pocket. I wll get my money by the way im fighting this all the way.
