I work at a doctors office. We routinely call in prescribed medication for patients, however, it appears that CVS pahrmacy is not well trained to handle these type of phone calls.
Our office called 5 times in one day and we were placed on hold and after 30 minutes we hung up because nobody ever answered the line again.
This company took over a fine company that treated their customers with a lot more respect and dignity.
I hope that they get their act together soon... But I highly doubt it.
We are calling/sending business elsewhere until they fix their issues.
