I have been extremely dissapointed with the service at Caremark - it has been nothing but a hassle from start to finish. I received two phone calls from Caremark asking me to call in. On both occasions, the person at the company was unable to locate any records for me, or for that matter records for a prescription.
I shudder to think what would have happened if I had indeed relied on Caremark for the prescription instead of finally opting to have it filled at my usual pharmacy. It has been more than two weeks since I ordered and my prescription for medication that I take daily was set to run out at the end of the month.
Today I received an e-mail saying that there was a problem with my prescription (probably because I had it refilled yesterday at my regular pharmacy). If I had been relying on medication for a serious illness, the consequences of waiting for Caremark would have been dire. I will never attempt to do business with Caremark again and intend to complain about Caremark to the proper regulating authorities.
I have never done business with such a lame company!
