I had called and was transferred to Mr. Upland about a property my Husband and I were interested in. Mr. Upland was very rude from the get go. Then when I asked to set an appointment to see the property we were interested in he refused. He said unless we were alredy approved for a loan or had the cash he would not even show us the property. I thought that was part of a realitors job description. So don't waste your time with this company because it will be made VERY clear to you that you are wasting theirs!!
