Very Angry - Prior Authorization for Qsymia

Sent my script to Caremark. They had no problem with it and was ready to get the medication and send it in the mail to me right away. They CVS Caremark finds out that the medication I need can only come from a retail (Online Pharmacy). Now the online pharmacy has my prescription ready and all of the sudden Caremark decides they need a prior authorization. My doctor has faxed the prior authorization info into them several times and they still have not done it. I have been told lie after lie after lie. At first they said they got it and it was fine, then they said they did not get it, then it was back to they got it and give them 72 hours, then it went to my Dr. Cancelled it (which was bull cause I spoke with my doctor), then they said someone named Ashley called and cancelled it when there is no Ashley that works at my doctors office and when confronted with that info they said they could not provide the medication it had to be done through a retail pharmacy. Duh, that is why my Dr. Faxed the script to the retail pharmacy and the prior authorization to them. They have been giving me the run around for two months now and I have had enough. The medication is Qsymia so if anyone has Caremark who is going to take this medication be ready for a huge struggle cause I still don't have my medication.
