Dell service is the worst that I have ever had. We are trying to get a video card for Dell Opitplex 960 and their tech support gives recommending incompatible card. Guess Dell doesn't know their product. When I pointed their mistakes, I get the run-around from Tech Support (more like Tech-less) to Customer Care (more like care-less) and Sales Dept (who cares once we got your money) putting the blame on each other. And try calling the listed phone for Mr. Ronald Garrigues (Pres. Of Consumer) you'll get an answer from operator who doesn't know Mr. Garrigues and can only connect to tech support again. What a disfunctional family!!!
