I purchased a dell xps, all told over $4k for printer and headphones etc. I have spent approx 15 hrs on the phone w / rude tech support who want to blame the consumer for whtever problem u are experiencing. You can not speak to a customer complaint or care dept, just tech support and sales. The tech support dept is a joke. I have a 780 credit score and i think i may ruin it just to not pay this company another dime.
