Today my husband went to ashley, s warehouse in beaumont, tx to pick up some furniture we had ordered we picked what we wanted off the showroom floor when he got home with the furniture it was not the same furniture so i called the warehouse and spoke with someone they directed me to talk to the person who sold me the furniture from the store which i did i let her know it was not the same furniture even though it had the same style no so she wanted me to talk with the manager who, s name is JOSH MECON i talk with him i even send him a picture of the furniture to his sell phone so he could see that it was the wrong furniture when he received the picture he insisted that it was the same even though it was not. So that being said i suggested that he have someone to come and pick the furniture up from my house and he stated it would, nt be today because they were back up in deliver so i suggested since ashley, s furniture was wrong for giving us the wrong set of furniture what can he do to compisate us if we bring it back he stated no his crew would pick it up monday or tuesday, then he stated that he would give us the furniture of the showroom floor if my husband woould bring the wrong furniture back to the store, so i asked him if he could give us a deal on the furniture that was on the showroom floor because of people had been sitting on it, he stated no but anyway my husband bought the furniture to the ashley store instead of the warehouse so the manager could see it was the wrong furniture the material was not the same which he did see that. He did not even want to talk to my husband, his attitude was very ugly after he was proven wrong he went and voided to ticket. My opinion, i will never shop there again anybody that ask about the store in beaumont, tx i would suggest they go some were else JOSH MECON has no customer service ethics and afer he realize the furniture was not what he himself garunteed he got and attitde something of this experience makes me want to put it in the BEAUMONT ENTERPRISE
