This is to warn all that never ever buy furniture for Ashley Furniture store. We place a order in May '09 and were told that we will have the furniture delivered in June '09 (in 8 weeks). We are out of $3,500 and its's been over four months and still no furniture or word from them. The customer service has no clue regarding the orders and come up with new excuses every day few examples are 1) new management, 2) new delivery channel and 3) system is down. They will not return my money nor would return my calls. I would like to report this to the law enforcement agencies for a potential fraud, so an appropriate action can be take. Please never ever buy furniture from this store. They suck!!!
