On 4/12 I bought a Love seat, a sofa and a chair made of leather from one furniture store. After 4 years the cover start peeling and going everywhere on the floor, on our skin and on our clothing. So on 07/25 I contacted the furniture store and explain my problem and emailed them the picture of the furniture at that point they say they will contact ASHLEY Furniture since the furniture made by them. After 15 days when I called the store they say that since the items are more than a year old it is not covered by ASHLEY Warranty. That is when I directly contacted ASHLEY Furniture on 07/16 and explain my problem. They suggested that I contact LEATHER SOLUTIONS, which I did but they can not fix the problem. I went back to ASHLEY and tolled them that LEATHER SOLUTIONS can not fix the problem to give them better idea of my furniture at this time I sent them the pictures of the furniture. On 07/24 I got a replay from ASHLEY Furniture, saying that I need to contact the furniture store to solve the problem. That is when I decided to file a complaint with your office.
