Improper billing - Charges to your account

Was billed for non return of reciever it was returned. My refund will be made in about a week. I find this unexceptable. It wasn't my fault I was improperly billed and I should not have to pay for it. None the less your customer support people tell me that there is nothing I can do about it and when I asked to speak to someone else about it the supervisor at the customer support end told me no and hung up on me. I feel like your company just feels like they are to big to worry about the fact that the money that was improperly taken from me was to pay my light bill and so what if my lights get turned off, its not there problem. And I would never recomend Direct TV to anyone else. I never had a problem with the service itself but when I can't complain to anyone but the customer service people about the customer service people I don't feel like my complaint is being heard or dealt with.
