In Nov. I bought amajor apppliance. Two months ago it malfunctioned. After several attampts to repair it, the manufacturer condemned it as unrepairable. An effort was made to find a replacement, as the warranty describes. Since they no longer make this model, and were unable to find an exact replacement they are now only offering me a refund. Since I bought it on sale, I cannot replace all the features at that cost. Shouldn't they have to upgrade my unit at no cost to me?
