Bought a new washer/dryer combo unit and rec'd on July 6. WAher would not work and immediately notified Compact Appliance Co. Who told me I had to go thru the manufacturer. My position is they should have sent one that works and I should only need to go thru the manufacturer if I have been using the unit and it quit working. Not if I rec'd a unit and it never worked from the day I rec'd.
In any event the manifacturer will not warrant the unit and it was advertized bu compact appliance as having a full manufacturer warranty. So I am stuck with a unit I bought new that does not work and has no warranty. I feel Compact Appliance should be required to replace this unit since they sold it unusable. Compact Appliance only responds back to me sometimes.
