I bought a tablet at Radio Shack., The warranty I bought was a 12 month REPLACEMENT warranty.
Radio Shack had the tablet on sale so I go it for 99.00 it originality cost 140.00 so when it broke in 60 days the warranty only covers the replacement costs BUT because I got it on sale that's the 99.00. SO in order to get a new or like one it will cost me 42.00. A Replacement warranty should be for a replacement item. NO MATTER what sales Radio Shack has.
Can you tell me why the Radio Shack sells replacement plans that don't replace the item you bought it to replace.
Even the sales person "TIFFNEY stated any problems with the tablet in 12 months it will be REPLACED but Radio Shack's meaning of Replacement is to replace the cost* of the item Minus the warranty. I also got a coupon from Radio Shack sent to me which made it a great deal in the first place...
A replacement warranty should give you just that a REPLACEMENT
