Purchased a digital camera with "replacement warranty." my daughter dropped it and the door to batteries will not close anymore. Returned to store-was instructed to call 1-800 number. Called immediately and was told my replacement warranty does not begin until 3/8 when my manufacturer's labor warranty expires. I paid for the warranty and Office Max did not deliver-it's not a replacement warranty as they advertise.
