Our recent purchase of an Officejet 6500 all in one printer was based on a good review from Comsumer Reports. However, it is a frustrating product. The printer continually lapses into being "offline" for no apparent reason, often between print jobs, and requires a reload of the drivers just to get it going again. I have yet to find a workable solution on the HP Customer Support site.
