ON 05/09, I entered this website and purchased a special program for $2.97. At this point I was redirected to another page that was explaining credit cards and how they cover them for a monthly fee. After reading monthly fees, I decided to stop right there. A few days later I received a call from a lady who was welcoming me to ICM. I explained to her that I had changed my mind because the extra charges and wanted nothing to do with this endeavor. On 06/01 I received the CD and a credit card bill at the same time, upon checking the bill, I was charged the $2.97 and also $139.95. I called stating that I had just received the program and wanted to cancel it. The person on the phone stated it was to late that I had to cancel within three days or I would be charged the (hidden) fee of $139.95. I explained that did not see anything in reference to this and that I had just received the Cd that I had purchased. The operator stated that they would not refund the fee and that I didn't look or read the contract. Any legitimate or reasonable company would start your three day trial period after you received your purchase, not twenty three days prior. After talking to my credit card company and their representative connecting with ICM and nyself, ICm did refund $70.00, half the cost. Before purchasing anything from this company please go to this consumer complaints site and read all of the complaints.
