ICM -Internet Provit Success System
ICM Websites www.icmwebsites.com, Internet cash machine Rip OFF extraordinaire - say they are charging 2.99, really charge $149.00

I visited this website on 5/16 and read the advertised try our system for only 2.99! So I signed up. I never got any emails from the company stating that I would be charged an additional $146 dollars on my check card, I never got any emails from them at all. I was unable to get the link they provided at the time to work. I got a call early on 5/20 from this supposed company wanting to know if I liked the service. I explained that I was unable to use any of it and that I wanted to cancel my account. I was directed to customer service at 1-877-863-3088 and spoke with a very snippy young woman who told me that my 3 day trial period was up (where does it state that anywhere?) and that I was only calling now because I had seen the charge on my bill. Well first of all, I hadn't gotten a statement from my credit union and they do not have on-line banking options, so I hadn't seen the charge yet. When I complained that I had never even been able to access the supposed website - let alone use it, her reply was, well its not our fault you 'decided not to use the service'... I explained again that I did try to use it and was unable to. Their offices were closed at the time as I had made the transaction after their business hours 7pm pacific time. She went on to say that they had supposedly sent me an email at Midnight on the 19th (how useful as this would have been the point at which my 'trial' period was up) and that they showed that it had been delivered to my email account. When I explained to her that I never received (and still have not received) this email, she said I should check my junk folder or spam folders which I did - still no email. When I demanded that she refund the full amount to my account and that it be closed immediately, she said that she would only credit my account $70 dollars. I said that was unacceptable and that I would be contacting a lawyer. She said that if I did that, she would not refund anything. I let it go with her on the phone at that point and decided to investigate further and file a complaint both here and with the better business bureau in my state. I did contact my internet provider to determine if their supposed email was received at the server and for some reason did not come through to my account. They stated that they had no record of such an email. LIARS! Do NOT do business with these Frauds. I am taking the advice I found on this site and contacting my credit union for that special E form and to request that they credit my account due to fraudulent activity. Next time, I will check here first!
