On 3-15 i signed up for a trail packet for just. 99 cents and read that after a thirty day trai i could cancel with no more cost, or i would billed a one time fee of $139.00 and a monthly fee of $4.95. But i never recieved anything, three or for days later a woman called me and ask how i was doing with my website i told her i have not got anthing yet, she said you should be getting it real soon, never heard any thing esle about it and just foregot about it. Two months later i get my credit card bill and see that they had billed me. 99 on 03/15 and $139.00 on 03/19, i called and told them i never recieved anything and they could not charge me for something i never recieved. They told me that they could not refond my money, because i only had three days to try it and cancel, i told her i could not try something i never got, she stated they also sent a e-mail with the information. I asked her if that was what the. 99 cents was for the e-mail, she said no you should have got a packet in the mail, but we did send you a courtisy e-mail, and you only had three days to cancel, we can cancel your membership but we cannot refund the $139.00, because you have had it for more than thirty days.
