On May 8 I placed an order for candle gel and various items used to make gel candles. I received my order on May 14 but upon opening it found that they failed to include 6 pounds of gel wax. When realizing this emailed the company stating that the order was not complete. I have since emailed them 2 other times and tried contacting them via phone. When phoning I received a general voice mailbox message listing various other companies along with Brighter Scents so I chose the extension for Brighter Scents. I again received a voice mail message stating they did not have the ability to take my call and that I should contact them via email. There was no way to leave a message and I have yet to receive a response from either of the emails I sent. I have yet to receive the candle gel and they have not credited my account. I have no way to contact this company. They owe me for the gel wax and their lack of response tells me that they do not care about their customers and are collecting monies that they are failing to deliver on. I will never order from this company again and I want my money back. Everyone should be aware of Brighter Scents despicable practices.
