Ripoff fraudulent sales ordered product no product sent took money and ran

I ordered candle scents from Martha Loughney, she had excellent email contact, until she received my money, then I never heard from her again. I found so far she has done this to another person besides me.

I had emailed her numerous times trying to either get my money refunded or the product sent. I have not heard from her again, her phone number and website are both disconnected, and nothing more from her.

People need to be aware of her alledgely selling candle and soap products, collecting the money, and not sending the products.
