When I recieved my new LED television from Samsung ($2,600 TV) The part that assists with the TV stand was broken. Since Nov of last year I have been dealing with the company to get the part replaced and they keep giving me excuses and sending the wrong part. I just recieved a string as a part which I think was a slap in the face by there parts dept since the part # was given to them several times. What a joke since Samsung was highly recomended for a LED screen TV. Shop around and look at other brands first because the TV is nice but you get bad support and I hate to utilize my extended warranty, I can just imagine that process. Buyers beware of Samsung customer support and warranty. They might have a good product but when you need support good luck!
