I'm not a happy bunny!

I requested a vacuum online out of this Organization on 16th July. Order was instantly established by e-mail & cost obtained. Estimated shipping time provided as 22nd September but 'vacuum' did not appear.

I e-mailed - response guaranteed within 4 business days - I am still waiting

Called Customer Services 29th September " Oh dear your products do not appear to have remaining the factory you ought to have had a mobile call about that, though I understand they've been experiencing some technological issues " I am currently expecting a reimbursement onto my bank card, but following the support encounter to date, am looking to need to pursue this up likewise.
