I purchased a vacuum at Kohl's.com July 16. On July 22 I received someone else's vacuum. I called customer service and was told they would schedule a pick up for the vacuum and I should expect my vacuum in 5-7 business days. Those days came and went. I have been continuously in contact with customer service via email and the last email I sent was to request a cancellation of the order and a credit to my Kohl's charge for the amount. I have yet to get a response and I fear I will now have to call yelling and screaming. I feel like I have been placed last on their list of concerns. I guess the days of the customer being first are over. This is the first time I have dealt with Kohl's online, and I used to frequent their store, however they have lost a customer. I never liked the games they played with the prices anyway.
