On September 18 I ordered the Singer Lazer Storm Vacuum Cleaner after veiwing an informercial. I ordered one vacuum at thee manthly payments of $39.95. Shipping and handling $18.50. Plus an additional $18.50 S.&. H for a second vacuum atno additional cost. This order was placed through an automated service via telephone.
Before the called was ended I realised something was not right. The voice prompt just kept going on and on trying to add more to your order, by this time I Had already given my checking account information.
The following day I called to speak with a sales agent to confirm my order but no one answered the phone.
September 28, a box was delivered to my address, its content was four vacuum. I called the number provided on the invoice but it was never answered. I have sent emails letting them know an error had been made to date there has been no reply.
After seeing the invoice I contacted my bank only to find out, that thee hundred fifty three dollars and seventy cents was taken out my account by this co. They no longer operate under the Singer name, their new name is wind storm.
