I put an order for an people and kidis soccer packages for Euro 2008 about the 11th June. I sent them to discover that which was occurring and was informed the products have been delivered about the 14th July and was informed it required 14 to 18 times for shipping.
I sent them about the 17th September to pursue up shipping, they sent me back (somebody named Betty) and stated that the postoffice stated that they attempted to provide the products but no body was at my house to signal for them. It was complete 'BS' when I perform from the office at home and was there all day long as well as the Postoffice abandon a note to describe they attempted to provide with no concept was actually left
I sent about the 30th September and described they must either return my cash or deliver products. A contact was delivered to me on 31sty September to express the products could be with me within times of course if these were not subsequently my cash could be returned. I asked this mail because they had previously explained the products where-with the Postoffice
Sent again within the 5th July to describe that no products have been obtained. Received mail on 6th July and was guaranteed reimbursement within three or four business days. This never occurred thus sent them on 16th July firmly worrying and not received an answer.
I did so contact Paypal when I bought through them-but they stated they might not assist because of the worth of the purchase and also the approach to purchase (beyond ebay).
