Phoned IGIA and ordered a Lazer Storm vacuum cleaner July. To this date we have not received our vacuum because after they took the money from our charge card account they decide to tell us in September (when we phoned asking where our vacuum is) that they do not deliver to Canada and will we will refund you in 6 days. Well still no refund, have phoned the 1 800-711-8357 only to get put on hold for hours and then I get disconnected and if I do get to speak to a person I am told that I will get refunded in 6 days, well it has gone on like this since September and it is November. No response when I email them, no response from the supervisor either. Do not order this vacuum IGIA Singer Lazer Storm because it is a ripoff.
