I requested a component back from Sears due to their Kenmore vacuum. It was in September of since that time I've not acquired the component. All I access it my order form is... Item on back-order till suchandsuch a romantic date. On that date another, "Item on back-order till suchandsuch a romantic date." Well it has gone on since SEPTEMBER! I've named the components support and gotten rude responses. I attempted to keep in touch with the supervisor of my local Sears and got no-where. Is there ANYBODY I will obtain a your hands on to solve this issue?
