After several years of service, my printer is now out of waranty and apparantely out of my control. Now, when I try to scan a picture to send to a client, I have a commercial on the screen and I cannot get it off. I do not send commercials along with photos to my clients. When I called the customer support line, I was made aware of "offers" to upgrade, buy product, pay fees to get my QUESTION answered. I'm disgusted with HP.
