Called the technical number, someone in India answered. It was very difficult to understand them. They told me that my warranty on my printer had expired on June 19th and I was calling July 2nd. I told them that my printer was not a year old since we did not have a computer in June. We purchased our desk top on Aug 31st and the printer and computer were installed at the same time. I got frustrated then the technician got frustrated and transferred me while I was still speaking. The 2nd technician just repeated the same thing not listening to what I was saying, then when I ask to speak to supervisor she got really quite and did talk to several minutes as though she didn't know how to respond. The whole situation was very bizarre. At this point, I decide to call corporate, they transfer me to technical support this time to the Phillipines where we go through a similar experience, at this time when they are ready to help me the battery on my cordless phone is dying and I had to hang up because I had been with HP for almost an hour and still did not get my printer/copier to work.

Hp corporate people: i don't care when you made your officejet printer - all i know is that we installed it new after augt 31st and the copier is not a year old, but you don't care, all you care is that the warranty expired, in this case just 2 wks and your customer service still did not want to help me until they would sell me a warranty ofome sort. You do not know what customer service is. I will never buy another hp product again!!!
