I guess good guys do finish last

OK, I had just got off work, and i wanted to go to the nearby wal-mart in town to buy my wife a 8 gig micro sd card, but as usual the parking lot was full, so i decided to go to the walmart the next town over, i heard it was just newly renovated, so i went there, went straight to the electronics department, found where they now keep the sd cards, grabbed one, and as i walked off to go to the check out, i noticed a customer that was looking at car stereos and couldn't decide which one he wanted, well he picked up one with the spider web security wrapped around 2 units, well i placed the sd card down on the aisle, and showed him he probabbly needed to take it to the automotives counter and have them fix that, or it would look like they are selling 2 for 1 on car stereos, well i went to the bathroom leaving the sd card behind, well when i got out, my wife texted me and told me i needed to get home, so as i was walking out the door, i noticed a manager was following me kinda sneakly, so as i went past the security bars, i noticed a loss prevention rep was standing there with 2 other employees, he asked for me to follow him to the back, i was like um ok and why? He said to shut up and follow him or i will be tackeled and restrained, and then taking to the back, so i was like, ok, i dont know whats going on but im sure this can be resolved whatever it is, well we got to the back, and he then showed me in his hand, the sd card out of its packaging, he asked did i try to steal this, i was like no sir, he asked then did i know the guy i was talking about the car stereo with, i was like no sir i was just trying to be helpful, then he asked, well the guy said u was gonna try and steal the sd card, and he grabbed it from you b4 u could, i said no sir, i work in the retail buisness and i know what shoplifting causes for the economy, he was turning red and told me to shut the f% up, and stop lying, he then asked me to empty my pockets, so i did, i layed on the counter my wallet, iphone, my loss change, and stupid me, i brought out my boxcutter i use at work, well the LP took the boxcutter and tried to open, well he said that i was being charged with shoplifting-theft of under $50, and that i am also gonna be charged with tresspassing, that if i set foot on any walmart property that they can call the law and have me arrested, so as i was waiting for the officer to come take me away u might say, the LP started bragging about how much this was a rush to him that they should give him and everyone a raise for catching me, i was thinking, yeah, and i bet that guy who lied about me was thinking he was gonna get a big fat reward, so the officer shows up, report already on his alluminum clipboard, the LP tells him i am being charged with theft, a notice of tresspassing, and assault with a deadly weapon, i told the officer calmly, that there is no way i could have since there are no blades in the boxcutter, the officer allowed me to sho what i meant, i slid the razor open fully and showeds them no razor was attached, then i opened the storage compartment and showed them where i keep them when i work, well the LP was red hot in the face, and told the officer to get this a—hole out of his sight, so i was handcuffed, and walked to the police car in the pouring rain, went to the jail house where i was detained, finger printed, mugshotted, and finally released after i had to post bail of $1000, i paid the bondswoman $100, since i was a first time offender, but of course i had to find a way to get my car off wal mart property, with my wife at home with our autistic daughter, i walked in the pouring rain for an hour from the jailhouse to a blockbuster across the street from wal mart, and sat there, till she has a friend take her to get the car, so im just worried sick on what is gonna happen, my court date is june the 10th, and i dont know what to expect, im 35 years old, and this will be the first time stepping into a courthouse to be in court, normally i am in court for small things like a speeding or failure to use a seatbelt, so i just want to know what to expect, because it is worrying my family sick about this
