I went for the SPARKLE but missed the LUSTER. Cars were hurriedly wiped but not dried to accommodate the next cars in line. My car seat was wet, floor not vacuumed, water dripped from the sides and plenty of water/soap spots on vehicle. I had to re-wiped everything. I should have gotten back my $21! Totally no sparkle at all... Totally disappointed. It's a shame that they claim to be the best in Morris county!
