On Sept. 16 my husband called to Conns to see if someone could come and fix our "new" dryer. Two days later, no one showed up so I called and spoke with Art. He was so sarcastic and so unprofessional. Conn's motto is customer service satisfaction. This is so wrong. Art told me he didn't know why he hadn't told anyone in the servcie dept. To come and fix our dryer. He then proceeded to tell me that someone higher than him would we service dept. But no one answered. Boy was he rude! Never do business with Conns on North 10th McAllen, Tx.!!!
