I purchased washer and Dryer back in June. Lately I had issues with Dryer throwing out lint from back of the dryer. I called Service dept. And scheduled a service. The Service guy came out who said because whoever installed the dryer put a tape on air duct on the back of the dryer. It suppose to have metal strip installed to seal it properly. Anyways he left W/O fixing it because he didn't have tools and parts but said another service was scheduled for Dec. 17th but no one showed up. Called in on Dec. 17th and service people said it was scheduled for Dec. 20th now. On Dec. 19th I called up again to make sure someone will come out on Dec. 20th but Manager Syaeed said it was scheduled for Dec. 21st when I called in to confirm appointment for Dec. 20th. Well it is Dec. 21st today and 3:19pm and I am still waiting for service call. As usual I am thinking no one will come out today as well. I called in local store in Sugar Land and talked to Norma about this issue. I am yet waiting for her call. It is so frustrating with service and conn's but I would recommend to purchase from Best Buy or some other places rather than buying from Conn's. I will do another review when job will be completed, hopefully! My laundry is not done for two weeks now these guys are sitting on their butt very peacefully and they don't have sense of urgency! I rate this to 0
