I went to Conn's and was not assisted for 45 mins, I purchased a bunk bed (dresser, mattresses etc.) and a front load washer and dryer on Sept 2 I was promised delivery on Sept 4 11am-1pm the guys showed up with just the washer and dryer they had no clue I had a bunk bed, we called the store for them to say oh sorry your bed was not on the truck (DUH) we can deliver it tomorrow Sept 5 I waited till about noon with no call. I then received a call about 1pm that said sorry it’s on back order, we can’t get anyone out there on Sept 9. I gave away my son’s entire bedroom set because he was getting a new one (well I thought). I spoke with a supervisor and he told me I should call corporate and file a complaint. Well I did Sept 6 8:40am, WHAT A JOKE the lady name Rosie said she will call me back, I called again Sept 7 11am. She answer the line again and said ma'am I will call you back. Well it's Sept 13 and guess what still no call. Horrible customer service. If I didn't have to pay a restock fee I would give them this washer and dryer back..
