Conn's Buying Experience - Samsung Washer Drye
I bought a Samsung Washer Dryer from Conn's and I would like to tell you of my experience. I first began by going into the Mesquite Conn's store to see what my options are. I expained this to the sales associates. Then I went to Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy and also to the clearance area of Conn's. The clearance area explained that they had no sets but probably would the next day and would call us which they did. They also told us of another Conn's store that would possibly have some additional choices and gave me the phone number. I thought before I call them I want to go inside the Conn's in Mesquite one more time to get settled in my mind what they had so I could make a decision. I went into the Conn's next to the clearance area and a lady at the door stopped me. I explained that I have been in just a while ago and needed to take another look. She insisted that I tell her what I am looking for so I did. I also told her I am in the process of making a decision and I wanted to call the other Conns store and see what they had on hand and she told me no, we have every thing they have. I said I want to look here again and she kept detaining me insisting that I must know what I want. She could not understand that I was trying to decide. I kept trying to go to the appliance area and she would not stop questioning me. Since you would not let me get there I finally said to my husband "I'm done here" I went to the car and made my call and a very nice gentleman began to help me and I bought the washer and dryer. I hope I don't have to go into the Mesquite store any more because I don't want to be interrogated by this woman although I do like the store itself. I do love my new washer and dryer and have already received a thank you note from our salesperson. Sue Lassite
