Since i first purchase this lg washer and dryer set, the dryer has been malfunctioning first the heater element, then the control board, now the settings only work in one position!!! I have a 2year warranty but each time this so call services department (america's best services sends a so call technicain out to repair it... They have no clue on how to fix it which in turn i have no dryer!!! I will never buy from conns or lg again! Worst company and customers service i have ever experience
