Since I first purchased this LG washer and dryer set, the dryer has been malfunctioning: first the heater element, then the control board, and now the settings only work in one position!!! I have a 2 year warranty, but each time this so-called services department (America's Best Services) sends a so-called technician out to repair it... They have no clue how to fix it, which in turn leaves me with no dryer!!! I will never buy from Conn's or LG again! Worst company and customer service I have ever experienced.
