An order was placed for a ring on 2/5/10 at 9:51 am and it was guaranteed to arrive before Valentines day. Well as of today the ring is God knows where no one seems to know at this company, I've talk to 3 different people and my daughter 1 and they all tell different stories, but can't say when, where 0r why. This company's guarantees and not worth the paper they are written on. One person says the ring was engraved would be shipped asap, the other says, engraved but will take 10-15 to arrive, the other said money was taken from my bank, that's was the delay would receive the ring March 1st, talked to David he stated he don't know the ring was at the venders, it would be 4 to 6 weeks maybe, told him about other calls he stated they didn't know what they were talking about, asked for supervisor, he didn't know how to do that, asked to speak to vender, he didn't have number as they only have contact online with them.
As of Friday no money has come out of my account (Lied)
no ring has arrived (Lied)
Guarantee was not honored (Lied)
My husband ordered this ring for Valentines day and has since passed, so It is important I get it as I have explained to collectiblestoday, do they care (No NO NO)
If there was another place to get this ring I would, but it would not be the same so I wait, but you can bet they will never receive another order from me and I will not tell anyone to ever order from them again.
