Never shipped an engagement ring that was ordered and paid for in full ripoff

I ordered and paid for in full an engagement ring on 11-02-06. I should have received it within 3 days. I stil have not received the ring. I have contacted them by phone and i was told that they were having problems with the shipping of the ring and this was on a Wednesday. At this time they told me that the ring would be shipped out that Friday and I would receive it on Monday. As you can tell since I am filing out this report, I still have not received my ring or a refund of any of my money.
