I ordered a ring Jan 1 and I have been given the run around ever since. My deep feeling is someone lost it and they are not telling me. After the six weeks of waiting I have called everyday and they say the same thing it has been shipped then I call back and nothing. I was called on Sunday saying it will be here Tuesday (today) I go and no ring. I have had enough with this company I will never order or shop there again. I asked for a refund they said no I asked for the ring in the case they said no. I am not happy with this situation at all. This was a Christmas gift it has been paid in full and I still don't have the ring.
