My husband bought me a ring for Christmas a size 7 I returned it on Jan 1 to have it sized 6. I was told 4 to 6 weeks and the ring is still not in. I have called daily and they keep saying it was shipped and then when I call back they don't have it. I was called on Sunday and they said it will be here Tuesday (today) I showed up and no ring. I am angry, extremely upset that Sears has no clue where this ring is and disrespect for customer satisifaction is appauling. I will never do business with Sears again. I am still waiting for this ring. I asked for a refund they said no, I asked for the original ring out of the case they said no. Well someone needs to deal with this miscommunication between the manufacture co. Or whomever because the customer is not happy at all.
