We received an electric blankets (price $159.99) from our daughter as a Christmas gift on 12/15/09. After using the blanket a few weeks, the left side controller stopped working. We attempted to reach Biddeford Blankets customer service for several days, by emails and telephone calls. After one week, they have not responded to any attempts to contact them.
