I purchased a King Biddeford Blanket on-line through Kohl's on January 12. Less than a year later, one of the controls stopped working. The blanket has a 5-year warranty and I have made numerous calls, leaving a message each time, to receive a Return Authorization Number from the company so that I can return the control and receive a new one in accordance to their instructions on their website and in the owner's manual which I received with the blanket.
The automated "customer service" message instructs callers to leave their name, phone number and reason for call. I followed their instructions but have not received a call back. This is NOT Customer Service.
