I purchased queen size electric blanket Oct for spare bedroom. It worked for about 6 months. Then one of the controllers gave error light when turned on. I followed troubleshooting instructions to no avail. I finally looked up my receipt to find out how to get blanket repaired or replaced.
Warranty information in Owner's Manual instructs you to return blanket to listed address. However, I'm afraid to do that since I can't get a response from email or telephone calls. I've called three times and left messages.
From now on if I see Biddeford on the shelves of department store, I'm contacting the manager about this company's terrible customer service and advise store to not sell this product.
