I purchased an electric blanket from the Biddeford Blanket Co. Three years ago and have a 5-yr warranty. The digital controls will not work now. I have repeatedly called the company at the 800 number for replacement and gotten no response. I would not recommend this company for it's product or it's service. This is not the way to stay in business.
