I am just beginning to realize that i should never have used H&R Block with the {RAL} with HSBC, but i thought great 1 to 2 days, never realizing what they are putting us thru, first i find out that HSBC denied me, saying that we dont meet the credit criteria, mind you my credit score is 818 AND MY HUSBAND IS 798, who do they think they are, now H&R Block said they also received the memo that we were denied from this HSBC bank, but she said it was odd, they gave no reason, when i contacted HSBC they asked us questions, because we a credit alert on the 3 major credit reports to protect us from identity thief, anyway they asked the appropiate questions to make sure it was me, and then told us they wont discuss the reason, but i will receive a letter in 7 to 10 business days of why we were denied, this is absolute bull, now i contacted the IRS they said they were no problems or debts, but this HSBC is going to wait for the check, then contact H&R Block, who will then contact us, wth do they think they are, this HSBC already denied us, they should just get out of my business and let me get my money the electronic way, but no, they want to hold it up more, then charge the outrageous fees, for doing absolutely nothing, i have learned my lesson, i went to IRS. Gov and learned that my refund was sent, but i have to wait for HSBC to contact H&R Block, i hope more people learn, i contact everyone i could to list these complaints, and i am learning so much more about this ripoff bank, you would have thought i was getting a big fat tax refund, i am only getting 1330.00, i hope more people research this bank before settling for a quick refund called {RAL} from H&R BLock, i want to enlighten people, and if you dont believe me, do the research, something i should have done first, i am still waiting, and to date i have not received this so called letter to tell me that i dont meet their credit criteria, i have not received my so called {RAL} my Refund Anticipation Loan, which would take 1 to 2 days, and now i am learning that there are more fees i will be hit with, i am angry that the H&R Block tax preparer did not inform me of all this, she has been doing my taxes for the past couple of years, but i always did the electronic refund, i needed to have my head examined making this decision to use {RAL}HSBC
