I bought a brand new MH-721 cutter from US Cutter www.uscutter.com back on Aug. 5 2009. I got the cutter and had problems with it straight from the box. I have had to call their support no less than 100 times in less than 2 months.
Finally Levi H. Told me he was 99.95 sure it was the motherboard on the unit was bad. They would gladly send me a new one. BUT, I have to pay an $80 deposit and then had to pay $40 next day air charges.
Got the new motherboard and still have the same problems. Now they want me to pay to ship the whole unit back for repair. I paid for a brand new unit, not a refurbished unit. Oh and yes I will have to pay the shipping charges to get it back to them.
Stay away from US Cutter, they suck!!! I have wasted over $1000 in wasted material this cutter destroyed and not to mention the numerous people that have been pissed off due to me not able to complete a job.
