This company claimed to have extensive experience with professional preparation of Federal resumes and Knowledge, Skill and Ability Statements (KSAs). Based on the poor quality of the written product, it is clear that the company does not. I paid $600 for absolutely nothing. The resume and KSAs contained grammatical and typographical errors. Worse than that - it made no sense. It was simply a rambling string of incoherent words and phrases.
When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was instructed to rewrite the KSAs and send them back the same day. Essentially, they tasked me to produce the work I had paid them to perform. I sent a message to the company and as one might expect - I have received no reply. Do not waste your money. Choose another company or prepare the documents yourself. I was duped, please learn from my costly mistake.
