I contacted Resume Pro Writers in November. I was looking for an edge on the job hunt and a new and effective resume. The communication was always sketchy (at best). It just never felt like a real company. They pretend that there are numerous people and writers working at the company. I'm not sure but I believe there are two?
My original resume was not effective. I had it critiqued by friends, professionals, and recruiters. I am a Senior Marketing professional and received zero "hits" to my resume. I realize we're in a recession but zero hits??? They even made mistakes with basic resume staples... Font size and the use of space.
I paid $485 for nothing. I asked for a 50% refund and they would not even consider it. So, they tried to redo the first resume only to waist more time. The second version was laughable and worst than the original.
My time was wasted and I was lied to by Grace Kelly and Michelle King. This went on for three months. This is the short version of my frustration. I could talk for days about them. So, if you're looking to waste time and not get an effective resume, call Resume Pro Writers...
